Job summary

EY’s FAAS team is growing, and as a Senior you’ll shape client work across industries, delivering strategic guidance and exceptional service. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand needs and craft solutions that address complex accounting challenges.

You’ll travel to meet key clients, build relationships across service lines, and drive performance improvements while navigating evolving regulatory and industry landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accounting, finance or business discipline
• Eligibility to obtain US CPA licensure in your work state
• Strong technical writing skills and advanced risk management knowledge
• Deep understanding of the marketplace and common terminology, processes and tools
• Proven record of excellence when managing, mentoring and improving a team
• Ability to research and resolve emerging client issues, including regulations and industry practices
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary
• Access to reliable transportation to/from EY offices and client sites (driver’s license recommended)

Responsibilities

• Think on your feet and challenge existing practices to develop answers to complex issues
• Collaborate with partners, senior managers and clients to influence strategy while balancing risk and expectations
• Ensure Engagement teams thoroughly understand clients’ needs, ambitions and expectations
• Build relationships across service lines to provide seamless, integrated service
• Manage performance and identify opportunities to improve products and processes
