Walser Automotive Group is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to lead the finance and insurance program across our Minnesota dealerships. You will collaborate with Sales Managers and Customer Specialists to drive F&I performance and ensure customer value while safeguarding data and adhering to policy.

The role emphasizes staff training, daily performance reporting, and compliance with Walser standards. A proactive, team-oriented leader with a focus on development will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a managerial position.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Minimum of 1 year in a sales manager or F&I manager role.
• Able to make detailed financial decisions within strict timeframes.
• Strong organization, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall F&I strategy of the dealership.
• Lead with Sales Managers and Customer Specialists to set objectives and improve F&I performance.
• Train and manage staff in company policies and ensure adherence to all company policies.
• Daily reporting to include F&I performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with Walser policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop front-line staff through training sessions and coaching.
