Walser Automotive Group in Minnesota seeks an experienced F&I Manager to lead the dealership's finance and insurance strategy. You will partner with Sales Managers and Customer Specialists to set objectives and increase F&I performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include safeguarding customer information, training staff, daily reporting, and driving adherence to Walser policies. Earned compensation includes base salary with performance incentives.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in a sales manager or F&I manager role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Must make detailed financial decisions within strict timeframes.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the overall F&I strategy of the dealership.
• Work with Sales Managers and Customer Specialists to set sales objectives and increase F&I performance.
• Follow company rules for safeguarding customer information at all times.
• Verify that every customer is offered ancillary products per policy.
• Train and manage staff in company policies and ensure adherence to all policies.
• Daily reporting including blue sheet audit and F&I performance tracking.
• CIT support for funding and system issues (e.g., DMS, FUSE).
• Deal structure and compliance for in-store and out-of-state transactions.
