Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, hospitality management, or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, category management, or F&B ops.
• Strong knowledge of foodservice distribution, contracts, and procurement lifecycle.
• Experience with CrunchTime or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced negotiation, financial analysis, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple categories and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional project leadership in a matrix org.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with goals and budgets.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing including RFI/RFQ/RFP.
• Evaluate proposals, negotiate pricing, rebates, and terms.
• Draft and manage supplier contracts with Legal.
• Monitor market trends, cost drivers, and category innovation.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Culinary for approvals.
