Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Food & Beverage Category Management to own the strategic sourcing lifecycle across a portfolio of venues globally. Remote in the U.S. with up to 25% travel.

Lead category strategies, negotiate national contracts, and partner with operations, culinary, and finance to balance cost, quality, and guest experience. You will aggregate spend, rationalize suppliers, and drive enterprise-wide procurement excellence for F&B and hospitality categories,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive procurement or category management experience with at least 5 years focused on food, beverage, and/or hospitality categories
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or senior individual contributor role managing complex, multi-stakeholder procurement programs
• Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings, process improvements, and supplier performance enhancements in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for food, beverage, hospitality goods, and related services across the Legends portfolio
• Lead spend analysis, market assessments, and total cost of ownership evaluations to identify consolidation and optimization opportunities
• Design and implement supplier rationalization initiatives balancing standardization with venue-specific requirements
• Build category roadmaps aligning procurement initiatives with business objectives and growth strategies
• Partner with culinary leadership and operations on menu engineering initiatives to optimize product mix and costs
• Establish category performance benchmarks, KPIs, and dashboards to track savings and supplier performance
• Lead strategic sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs) for national and regional agreements across categories
• Negotiate multi-year master agreements with favorable terms and flexibility
• Structure deal frameworks including rebates, marketing funds, and cost protections
• Develop standardized contract templates and SLAs for F&B and hospitality
• Manage contract lifecycle activities including renewals and price reviews
• Build strong supplier partnerships with key distributors and suppliers
