Job summary

Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a Senior F&B Outlet Manager to ensure top-tier service and exceptional guest satisfaction while optimizing financial performance. You will lead outlet managers and frontline staff across A&O, IRD & Pool, Blend, and collaborate with Marketing and the Chef on promotions and menus.

Candidates should have at least three years in F&B with a supervisory background, strong knowledge of luxury hotel standards, and the ability to manage budgets,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of related F&B experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant management, luxury hotel service standards, guest relations and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outlet managers/supervisors and assist with overall direction of the restaurants.
• Handle hiring, scheduling, training, and performance reviews for F&B team members in accordance with policy.
• Plan departmental goals, schedule regular team meetings, and monitor daily operations for efficiency and service standards.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and with the Chef on menu planning and kitchen operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.

Education
