COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Director of Outlets for a luxury resort in Big Sur, California. The role will oversee daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, in-room dining and events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards.

You will lead outlet managers, drive financial performance and mentor teams, partnering with culinary leadership to deliver a cohesive dining experience while upholding health and safety compliance and strategic F&B objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in Director of Outlets or comparable senior F&B leadership.
• Experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets within luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong financial management including budgeting, forecasting, labour cost control.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and team development skills.
• Passion for delivering luxury service, guest engagement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining and special events.
• Lead, develop and mentor outlet managers and front-of-house teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork and service excellence.
• Maintain exceptional service standards consistent with a luxury resort environment.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, labour costs, inventory and departmental profitability.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to deliver a cohesive and high-quality dining experience.
• Drive guest satisfaction through personalised service, effective complaint resolution and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, consistency and overall performance.
• Support menu development, outlet programming, special events and initiatives to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol service regulations.
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic food and beverage objectives.
