Oak View Group in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee banquets, catering, concessions and events across multiple venues. You will lead the F&B department with a focus on guest experiences, efficiency and financial accountability.

The role offers an annual salary of $60,000 - $67,000, plus health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching, and paid time off. Open through December 31, 2026, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic live events

Formación

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations.
• Supervisory or managerial experience with scheduling, training, and oversight.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, service standards, and event execution.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee all food and beverage operations, including banquet services, catering, concessions, and special events.
• Ensure the successful planning, coordination, and execution of food and beverage services for all scheduled events.
• Establish and maintain operational procedures and service standards that promote efficiency, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate with culinary personnel to ensure menu offerings, food preparation, service timing, and presentation meet established standards.
• Collaborate with Event Services, Operations, Sales, and other departments to ensure food and beverage requirements are communicated and executed effectively.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges, guest concerns, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
