Oak View Group in Owensboro, Kentucky seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support daily operations across multiple event venues. You will help oversee banquets, catering, concessions, and special events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficiency, and compliance with health and safety standards.

The role requires leadership for event staff, inventory control, cash handling, and coordination with event management, culinary, and operations teams.

Formación

• 3+ years in food and beverage operations
• Experience supervising employees
• Strong customer service in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with planning, coordination, and execution of services for banquets, catering, concessions, meetings, and special events.
• Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure efficient service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Act as on-site manager for designated events, leading F&B staff.
• Coordinate setup/breakdown of buffets, banquets, linens, dishware, and service equipment.
• Ensure service areas are stocked, clean, and operational before, during, and after events.
• Support cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-event reporting.
