Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-3 years of catering or food service experience is preferred.
• Supervisor experience is a plus.
• Must be flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee serving meals to guests and manage buffet/plated service standards.
• Serve beverages including alcohol; verify minimum age by checking IDs.
• Record guest orders and relay to kitchen via POS system as applicable.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in work areas.
• Assist in banquet setup, inventory, and special events.
