Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Potomac Hotel in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment for management and line positions. You will partner with department leaders, design sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and drive timely hires.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, hospitality management, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
• Workday recruiting experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills; excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment for management and line-level roles across hotel departments; ensure timely hiring.
• Partner with department leaders to define requirements and candidate profiles.
• Manage postings and candidate activity in Workday; maintain data accuracy.
• Develop sourcing strategies to generate qualified candidate pipelines.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, schools, job fairs, referrals, and external partners.
• Screen applications, assess fit, and advance candidates to interview stages.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback with hiring managers; manage offers and onboarding.
