Job summary

Soho House Malibu is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring premier service and consistent F&B experiences under the direction of the General Manager. You will lead on budgeting, forecasting, hiring, and vendor relations to optimize profitability and staff development.

You’ll drive menus, standards, and guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with health and safety guidelines, HR policies, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Detail oriented, process driven and ability to problem solve in high-volume environments.
• POS, OpenTable, Opera or other hospitality tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service quality and guest experience with General Manager.
• Lead on menus, purchases and vendor relations to optimize the F&B operation.
• Forecasting, hiring, inventory, and controlling costs for profitability.
• Monitor safety, allergies, and compliance with health standards.
• Provide staff coaching, scheduling and performance feedback.
