Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a senior Software and Hardware Test Support to back AFLCMC/WAM F-16 initiatives at Eglin AFB, FL. The role demands deep test engineering experience, access to a Top Secret clearance, and proven DoD program involvement.

Responsibilities include preparing test docs, coordinating resources, interfacing with vendors, and ensuring compliance with USAF processes. The position offers a clear path for advanced test leadership within a defense-focused team.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance verifiable in DISS.
• Master's/Doctoral in a related field with 10+ years DoW/DoD experience; or Bachelor's with 12+ years; or 15 years with proper certifications.
• Experience planning or conducting military flight test programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist development of test documentation (test releases, airworthiness memos) and coordinate test resource scheduling.
• Coordinate documentation from vendors (software release, safety memos, operating limitations) and approvals.
• Create and interpret Air Force Form 1067 and Temporary 2 modification documentation for flight testing.
• Develop and coordinate test requirements between prime, IPT, AFTC, and test agencies including FAA certifications.
• Support program mgmt, test mgmt and systems engineering for fighter weapons systems software development, test and fielding.
• Develop TEMPs, master test plans, and review DT&E/OT&E test plans and reports.
• Utilize Joint Deficiency Reporting System to verify description, hazard severity, and guidance.
• Support aircraft tracking and test configuration with AFMC coordination.
• Troubleshoot ground and flight test anomalies for hardware, subsystems, sensors, and weapons integration.
• Support integration of fighter weapons systems including air-to-air and air-to-ground munitions.
