- 4-7 years of analytics, BI, or procurement analytics experience.
- Experience with external labor data and dashboards.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders.
- Strong forecasting, modeling, and reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting on external workforce spend and utilization.
- Build dashboards and tools to support workforce decisions.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and risks.
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations.
- Apply KPIs and standards across external labor categories and improve methodologies.
- Forecast workforce demand and capacity planning.
