Job summary

Empower seeks a Senior Procurement Reporting Analyst to deliver data-driven insights across the External Workforce. You will analyze spend, demand, utilization, and supplier performance, build dashboards, and prepare executive-ready reports to inform strategic sourcing, workforce planning, and financial management.

You will collaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, Technology, and business teams to identify trends and opportunities while improving data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of analytics, finance, workforce planning, procurement analytics, or related discipline.
• Experience with external labor or contingent workforce data.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting on external workforce spend, utilization, trends, and supplier performance.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports to support decision-making.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations.
• Apply metrics and standards across external labor categories and improve methodologies.
• Forecast workforce demand and support planning.
• Analyze utilization, productivity, and demand across projects and departments.
• Identify gaps and optimization opportunities through quantitative analysis.
• Develop analytical models for workforce planning alternatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate questions into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data standards, governance, and report quality.
