Ladders is seeking a Senior External Reporting Manager to own the preparation and publication of U.S. GAAP financial statements and to collaborate with external auditors and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes accurate, timely corporate reporting and providing clear technical accounting guidance on complex matters, while taking a leadership role in evaluating significant transactions and improving reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification required.
• 10+ years in corporate reporting, FP&A, or public accounting (CPG preferred).
• 3+ years of people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and publication of U.S. GAAP financial statements, coordinating with external auditors.
• Oversee corporate reporting submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Evaluate complex transactions under U.S. GAAP and document accounting conclusions.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Lead the evaluation and approval of significant transactions such as acquisitions and impairments.
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors, managing audit planning and execution.
• Drive implementation of reporting systems and enhance reporting processes.
