Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years working in a medical or educational field.
• 2 years related experience in onboarding and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for external learners entering Providence facilities across Puget Sound.
• Ensure a consistent, compliant, and welcoming process from intake to rotation completion.
• Collaborate with internal departments to manage timelines, inquiries and requests.
