Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Education Program Coordinator to manage the end-to-end experience for external learners across Puget Sound facilities. This hybrid role coordinates onboarding, tracking, and offboarding, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and welcoming process from intake through rotation.

You will collaborate with external learners and internal departments to balance priorities in a dynamic environment and align education initiatives across service areas and clinical sites,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years working in medical or educational field.
• 2 years related experience in onboarding and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, tracking and offboarding for external learners entering Providence facilities.
• Serve as centralized point of oversight for learner intake, rotations and compliance across multiple sites.
• Communicate with external learners and internal departments to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
