Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Education Program Coordinator to oversee onboarding, tracking, and offboarding of external learners across Puget Sound facilities. The role acts as a centralized point for onboarding and rotation completion across multiple service areas.

It requires strong communication with learners and internal teams, managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment. This position supports regional collaboration and education program alignment within Providence Shared

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years working in a medical or educational field.
• 2 years related experience in onboarding and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end experience for external learners entering Providence facilities across the Puget Sound.
• Serve as centralized point of onboarding, tracking, and offboarding for external learners.
• Communicate regularly with external learners and internal departments to manage timelines and inquiries.
• Support a regional approach to community partnership development and cross-site consistency.
