Providence is seeking a Senior Education Program Coordinator to coordinate the end-to-end onboarding, tracking and offboarding of external learners across Puget Sound facilities in a hybrid setting. This role requires multitasking across departments and sites to ensure a welcoming, compliant experience from intake through rotation completion.

The position emphasizes cross-team coordination, timely responses to learner inquiries, and a regional approach to developing external education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years working in a medical or educational field.
• 2 years related experience in onboarding and/or training.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, tracking and offboarding for external learners.
• Serve as centralized oversight for intake through rotation completion across multiple sites.
• Communicate with external learners and internal departments to manage timelines and inquiries.
• Promote regional partnerships to align external education efforts.
