Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Sr Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain exterior lighting and signage across multiple travel center locations. You will troubleshoot electrical issues, observe lockout/tagout procedures, and communicate repair status to on-site management while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have extensive commercial electrical experience, OSHA 30 certification, and preferred journeyman licensing.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ commercial electrical experience; seven years preferred.
• OSHA30 certification (preferred).
• Electrical journeyman license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair exterior signs and lighting work orders.
• Follow lockout/tagout and safety protocols on electrical systems.
• Complete service appointments with accurate notes and communicate status to facilities team.
• Ensure timely completion of service calls and maintain vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Travel less than 75% as required by project needs.
