Job summary

Pilot Company seeks an experienced electrician to diagnose and repair exterior signs and lighting across multiple locations. You will perform electrical troubleshooting, complete service appointments, and document repairs while coordinating with maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, a journeyman license is preferred, and OSHA 30 certification. Travel is required less than 75%. Safety and quality are a priority in every job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years’ commercial electrical experience; seven preferred.
• Electrical journeyman license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair exterior signs and lighting (ballasts, lamps, sockets, switches, fixtures).
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols.
• Complete service appointments and document notes in system.
• Communicate repair status to ESL supervisor and store management.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory; ensure parts are available.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe worksite practices.
