Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Sr Technician for Exterior Lighting and Signage to diagnose, repair and maintain electrical signage across locations. You will work on systems from 120 to 480 volts, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with store management.

The role requires strong safety practices and the ability to travel less than 75%. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 5+ years of commercial electrical experience (7+ preferred), and an OSHA30 certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum five years’ commercial electrical experience; seven years preferred.
• Electrical journeyman license preferred.
• Minimum three years aerial lift and electrical work at heights 60–80 ft; five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Exterior Signs & Lighting work orders.
• Identify problems with electrical signage and lighting and determine repairs.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols.
• Complete service appointments and insert notes for maintenance.
• Ensure timely completion of service appointments and communicate status.
• Provide excellent customer service to on-site team members.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory per company standards.
• Travel involvement with less than 75% travel requirement.
