Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Export Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to export laws, develop compliance programs, and minimize risk while supporting development programs. The role reports to the Export Compliance Manager and operates on a Hybrid schedule from one of Honeywell Aerospace locations.

• 2+ years related work experience in export compliance, international trade, or a related field.
• Experience with ITAR and the Export Administration Regulation (EAR). Familiarity with OFAC sanctions.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and manage high volume of complex export licenses and authorizations.
• Evaluate license exceptions and exemptions for proposed export transactions.
• Evaluate end-to-end export authorization strategy for development and transition programs.
• Assist with export authorization post-approval strategy and operationalize provisos/conditions.
• Timely review and release export shipments in SAP-GTS against authorizations.
• Conduct export compliance reviews for supply chain, procurement, logistics, quality, and program management.
• Assist with export audits, investigations and disclosures as needed.
• Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders to enable collaboration between units and subsidiaries.
• Deliver export compliance training to Honeywell Aerospace groups.
• Maintain records of export activities for regulatory reporting.
