Agile Space Industries is actively seeking an Export Compliance Specialist – Regulatory & Contracts to lead ITAR/EAR compliance, licensing, and related contractual obligations. You will work with Legal, Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical processes that enable compliant business execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, supply chain, engineering, legal studies, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in export controls, trade compliance, or a closely related compliance field.
• Working knowledge of ITAR and EAR requirements and their application to contracts, technical data, products, services, or business activities.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts or other business agreements, including the ability to negotiate export‑control‑related terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support export‑control and trade compliance activities, including ITAR, EAR, and other applicable U.S. trade requirements.
• Lead export jurisdiction and classification assessments, including USML and ECCN determinations, with technical and compliance teams.
• Assist in determining licensing requirements and support license applications, exemptions, and other regulatory authorizations.
• Review business activities for export‑control implications and conduct restricted‑party, end‑user, and destination screening.
• Develop and improve compliance policies, procedures, and control tools; maintain audit‑ready records.
