Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in the mineral exploration industry.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience designing and overseeing field programs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to health, safety, environment, and community relations.
• Rigorously analyze geoscientific datasets to identify targets.
• Design, budget, permit, and execute field programs from mapping to drilling.
• Provide technical guidance to in-country teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement analytical methods.
