Care of Chan is a premier event production agency in New York, delivering memorable food events and experiential moments with a community focus. The Production Manager will oversee project management of events, ensuring adherence to our systems, budgets, and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 5 years in production, 2 years of people leadership, and agency experience, with willingness to travel and reside in the NY metro area.

Qualifications

• 5 years of production experience in events/experiential contexts.
• 2 years of people management experience.
• Prior agency experience is required.
• Must live in the NY metro area with office access 3 days/week.
• Willingness to travel ~20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of Agency events and productions.
• Lead budgeting protocols and vendor sourcing within approved budgets.
• Set critical paths in project management tools and track deliverables.
• Ensure milestones are approved and followed.
• Oversee production documentation and post-mortem tools.
• Manage contractors (Senior/Associate Producers).
• Coach team to foster growth and maintain Care of Chan standards.
• Negotiate vendor/talent scopes and ensure full execution.
• Attend events to ensure top-tier service and hospitality.
• Build relationships with food, beverage, and lifestyle partners.
