Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience operating as a lead Producer or Senior Producer within experiential production agencies.
  • Proven track record of simultaneously directing multiple high-profile, luxury-tier projects and managing seven-figure budgets.
  • Deep technical fluency in fabrication, live technical production, permitting processes, catering coordination, and staffing management.
  • Extensive network of national vendor partners, resources, and industry contacts in experiential marketing.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams under pressure.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Excel (Asana experience is considered a strong bonus).
  • A resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset with extraordinary organizational skills and the flexibility to pivot fluidly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Experiential Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end management and execution of multi-channel campaigns featuring live, in-person experiential events for luxury and lifestyle brands.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Translate high-level creative concepts into actionable strategic roadmaps, comprehensive production timelines, run-of-shows, and detailed master schedules.
  • Financial & Budget Management: Develop, oversee, and reconcile large-scale seven-figure budgets, build robust financial models for pitches and RFPs, manage vendor contract/fee negotiations, and coordinate billing terms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with internal creative, account management, live video, and digital production teams to ensure all brand equity goals and client expectations are met.
  • Vendor & Venue Management: Source and secure venues and specialized partners, navigating complex municipal requirements, including city event, build, and operational permits.
  • Team Leadership & Delegation: Supervise production team members and onsite staff, assigning responsibilities, setting clear deadlines, and ensuring flawless installation and execution.
  • Client Stewardship: Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for production-related issues, expertly guiding client expectations and cultivating strong relationships.
  • Operations & Documentation: Create and maintain critical project tracking tools, ensuring absolute transparency across timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Travel to project sites as needed.
