Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in experiential production, leading complex activations for major brands.
• Deep hands-on expertise across fabrication, technical production, logistics, permitting, vendor management, and onsite execution.
• Proven leadership managing and developing full-time and freelance Producers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full production lifecycle from award through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage and grow a trusted vendor ecosystem delivering high-quality, value-driven results.
• Build and lead TH’s next-generation Producer team.
