Job summary

Octagon in Atlanta is seeking a dedicated events professional to join our Hospitality Team. You will support planning, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution for multiple programs with premium guest experiences.

With 3+ years in events, you’ll collaborate across functions, manage budgets, curate decor concepts, and ensure flawless delivery. Travel up to ~35% and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in related events field; past hospitality experience preferred
• Passion for sports, entertainment, gaming, music and lifestyle culture
• Willingness to travel up to ~35% and work weekends/holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of event logistics across multiple hospitality programs
• Research and implement creative hospitality experiences and premium touchpoints
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and oversee budgets
• Support décor concepts, layouts, floor plans, and client branding integration
• Own gifting execution from concept to fulfilment and on-site distribution
• Develop asset management for signage, collateral, and décor
• Support budget creation, management, reconciliation, and recap
• Participate in weekly status calls and client meetings
• Lead food and beverage planning and coordination with venue/catering
• Prepare status updates and staff guidance documents
• Assist with event results reporting and wrap-up
• Oversee contracts, certificates of insurance, POs, and payments
