Job summary

You will oversee the most complex programs, ensure consistency and operational excellence across workstreams, and guide junior team members.

Qualifications

• Passion for experiential program management and hospitality-driven experiences.
• 9+ years in event, brand marketing, experiential, or hospitality roles.
• Experience owning or leading complex event programs.
• Deep hospitality background and ability to design elevated guest experiences.
• Strong project management to ensure accountability and excellence across a body of work.
• Ability to manage multiple programs with deadlines and resources.
• Track record of building strong client relationships.
• Budget management and reconciliation experience.
• Desire to supervise and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of event and hospitality programming from concept to execution (on-site and virtual).
• Oversee the most intricate programs and ensure ownership across workstreams.
• Serve as day-to-day client liaison across multiple programs and maintain proactive communication.
• Develop experiential and hospitality strategies grounded in the guest journey.
• Manage multiple projects, including large-scale and smaller events.
• Oversee event materials, invitations, premiums, and digital programs.
• Build relationships with internal/external partners, vendors, and venues.
• Spearhead budgets, monitor financials, and ensure efficient budget management.
