Job summary

Superpower seeks an exceptional events and experiences leader to bring our health-and-wellness brand to life through in-person gatherings in San Francisco. You’ll own the program from concept to guest departure, shaping signature experiences, intimate gatherings, and major launch moments with original ideas and polished production judgment.

You’ll collaborate across partnerships, community, and marketing, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure every detail reinforces our ambitious brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading consumer-brand events or experiential programs from concept through delivery.
• Proven ability to design distinctive guest experiences with attention to detail.
• Strong budget management, vendor negotiation, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Shape the events program with audiences and formats aligned to the brand plan.
• Develop the experience from brief to guest journey, including invitation, arrival, space, and follow-up.
• Own production: budgets, timelines, run of show, venues, and vendors.
• Collaborate with partnerships, community, and marketing on guests, hosts, and speakers.
• Lead on-site delivery, solve problems, and protect the guest experience.
• Extend impact by coordinating content and social storytelling post-event.
• Measure attendance, feedback, and costs to improve future events.
