Job summary

Exa is seeking a founding-field-marketing leader in San Francisco to build our regional events program from the ground up. You will design and own experiences for developers and enterprise buyers, from hackathons to executive dinners, driving brand awareness and measurable pipeline across the West Coast.

You will partner with sales to select target accounts, manage budgets and vendors, and continuously optimize events using AI-driven insights to maximize impact and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in field or event marketing at a B2B tech company.
• Proven track record running regional programs that drive pipeline.
• Ability to partner with sales to target accounts and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Own regional event strategy and quarterly pipeline goals.
• Execute end-to-end events from concept to post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and SDRs to align on personas and accounts.
• Measure impact (MQLs, meetings, opportunities) and optimize future events.
