Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Staff Program Manager for Brand Studio in San Francisco to lead experiential program management across events and design production. You’ll partner with the Experiential Creative Director, manage budgets and timelines, and scale event design with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and vendor partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in similar roles, a strong design sense, strategic mindset, and exceptional communication skills.

• 10+ years of experience in similar roles and industries.
• Strong design sense and ability to translate brand needs into production.
• Proven track record influencing outcomes with internal teams and agencies.
• Excellent organization, writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiential program management across roadmap development, budget oversight, project scoping, timelines, resourcing, partner relationships, cross-functional communication, and scalable approaches.
• Manage a high volume of simultaneous projects, ranging from small to large scale.
• Partner with the Experiential Creative Director to scale and evolve event design at Stripe; optimize processes to streamline how work is done.
• Coordinate with Corporate Events to ensure smooth brand design integration across surfaces.
• Ensure smooth collaboration with leadership, creatives, cross-functional partners, and vendors.
• Own project management through documentation, tooling, trackers, meetings, and updates.
• Source, onboard, and oversee external creative agencies.
