OpenAI is seeking an experienced Events Manager to plan and execute high-touch creator, press, and executive-facing events in San Francisco. You will own guest experience, front-of-house operations, vendor coordination, production logistics, and post-event reporting.

You will build timelines, manage vendors, oversee registration, and ensure events reflect our brand and safety standards while delivering an elevated attendee experience for distinguished guests and partners.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of event production experience.
• Experience leading guest experiences and front-of-house operations.
• Interest in showcasing cutting-edge AI technology.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute high-touch events from end to end, including guest experience, front-of-house operations, vendor coordination, production logistics, and onsite execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, tracking milestones and deadlines for seamless execution.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors (caterers, AV, production teams) to meet standards and compliance.
• Oversee attendee registration, check-in, and post-event communications.
• Maintain meticulous budgets, process invoices, and report expenditures versus targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (design, procurement, security) to align events with goals and brand guidelines.
• Implement and manage safety and security protocols for attendee well-being.
• Collect, analyze, and report event metrics and learnings to inform future events.
