Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional design experience, including leading UX/UI, product design, visual design, or experience design teams.
- Strong portfolio showing leadership impact and craft across product design, digital marketing, design systems, or ai-enabled experiences.
- Experience leading client workshops, design critiques, and executive presentations.
Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops, design critiques, and stakeholder interviews; drive alignment and executive presentations.
- Mentor, coach, and develop designers across levels and geographies; build a strong design community.
- Shape opportunities, develop pitch narratives, and support proposals in business development.
