Wellist, LLC. is seeking a Senior Experience Strategy & Implementation Manager to lead the rollout of new employer programs from kickoff to launch.

You’ll design tailored activation strategies, align with HR and Benefits leaders, and ensure measurable ROI for employers and personalized support for employees. In a high-growth environment you will scale systems, codify workflows, and partner with Support, Product, Directory, and Activation to deliver on-time deployments and repeatable success

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client implementation, consulting, or program management.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects with tight timelines.
• Navigate enterprise client relationships and align with senior executives.
• Process mindset to enable repeatable delivery.
• Willingness to travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Own new client deployments—from kickoff to launch.
• Create tailored implementation plans aligned with workforce needs, benefits portfolio, and engagement goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Support, Product, Directory, Activation) to ensure coordinated execution.
• Track milestones, manage risks, and keep timelines on track with precision.
• Design platform configurations reflecting each client’s brand and priorities.
