Job summary

Wellthy seeks a Senior Implementation Manager to own end-to-end deployment for flagship enterprise accounts, building scalable processes to accelerate growth. You will report to our CEO during a transition and operate with high autonomy to set strategy and resolve issues.

You will lead multiple concurrent client implementations, manage a growing team, and partner across Business "Care" teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in Implementation or Client Services.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts and complex deployments.
• Strong PM, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise implementations and scalable processes for growth.
• Lead multiple concurrent client deployments and meet launch timelines.
• Manage 1 direct report with potential growth to 2–3 within a year.
• Set and track performance targets for on-time launches and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Client Success, Growth, Product/Engineering, Marketing, and Care teams.
• Provide clear status updates and proactive risk management to executives.
