Job summary

PayPal is seeking an Experience Researcher to join the Enterprise Services Experience Research team. You will own research end-to-end—from framing questions to driving action—in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment focused on businesses, marketplaces, and partners.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in mixed-methods research, 5+ years in UX research or related fields, and familiarity with enterprise customers and large-scale payments platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive research programs within assigned product space from beginning to end, partnering with stakeholders to ensure insights are acted upon.
• Design, coordinate and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects involving a wide range of methodologies.
• Balance in-house execution of research with vendor-managed projects, maintaining quality and rigor across both models.
• Prepare and present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring outputs are actionable.
