Chase leads the Experience Research Senior Associate role to shape user experiences across our products and services in New York. You will conduct studies, apply advanced methods, and translate insights into actionable recommendations guiding design and functionality.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will decide on research approaches, stay current with industry trends, and ensure research strategies connect to business goals and success metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in generative and evaluative UX research using advanced methods.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research including survey design and interviews.
• Advanced knowledge of UX design principles and ethnography influence.
• Ability to apply current research practices to inform experience design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and execute research studies using surveys, interviews, ethnography and quantitative/qualitative techniques.
• Analyze data, identify patterns, and provide actionable recommendations to guide UX design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into product development.
• Contribute to experience research strategies and align craft work with business goals and success metrics.
