Qualifications

• Deep understanding of human-centered design methods and mindset.
• Excels at aligning stakeholders through workshops and collaborative sessions.
• Clear and compelling storytelling abilities for diverse audiences.
• Ability to design and conduct generative and evaluative user research.
• Capability to create context-appropriate, low-to-high fidelity prototypes.
• Expertise in information design and visual communication.
• Ability to leverage AI tools while maintaining quality and ethical standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (two days a week).

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives across a variety of projects, ensuring solutions are innovative and user-friendly.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted design advisor.
