• 10+ years in experience design, user research, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading design teams and managing complex initiatives.
• Salesforce or CRM product knowledge and solution design experience.
• Experience consulting in enterprise technology transformation programs, ideally at Fortune 400 companies.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for innovation, efficiency, and day-to-day design work.
• Experience in dual roles such as Human Centered Change, training delivery, or pre-sales/go-to-market support.
• Advanced skills in human-centered design, design-thinking methodologies, and journey mapping.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on-site with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design teams to drive key design activities across project lifecycles.
• Develop project scope, timelines, and strategic roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Build and maintain close relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaborators.
