Qualifications

• Enterprise technology transformation experience, Fortune 400 level.
• Proficient with AI tools for design and innovation.
• Dual roles such as HCC, training, or pre-sales support experience.
• Advanced human-centered design and journey mapping skills.
• Strong visual design and prototyping capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on-site with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design teams to drive key activities and deliverables across project lifecycles.
