Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in experience design, user research, interaction design, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading design teams and managing complex design initiatives.
• Salesforce or other CRM product knowledge and solution design experience.
• Experience consulting in enterprise-level technology transformation programs.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for innovation and efficiency.
• Experience in dual roles such as HCC, training delivery, or pre-sales/go-to-market support.
• Advanced skills in human-centered design, design thinking, journey mapping.
• Proven ability to frame problems strategically and manage client relationships.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on site with customers.

Responsibilities
