Qualifications

• 10+ years in experience design, user research, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading design teams and managing complex initiatives.
• Salesforce or CRM knowledge and solution design experience.
• Experience consulting in enterprise-level tech transformations, ideally Fortune 500.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design teams to drive key activities and deliverables across projects.
• Develop project scope, timelines, and strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
• Lead customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and collaborative design sessions.
• Apply human-centered design methodologies to deliver transformational experiences.
• Create compelling stories and communicate design concepts to diverse audiences.
• Leverage AI tools to drive innovation and accelerate design delivery.
• Manage research initiatives and synthesize insights from data.
• Provide thought leadership in pre-sales, go-to-market, and strategy discussions.
• Support dual-role duties such as HCC, training, or cross-functional initiatives.
