Qualifications

• Experience planning, staffing and budgeting of expediting operations for projects.
• Strong coordination with planning, scheduling and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, and budget project expediting operations for small projects.
• Distribute workload to expeditors based on experience and urgency.
• Contact suppliers to obtain timely submission of engineering data and follow-up on materials.
• Evaluate supplier schedules and progress against jobsite requirements.
• Coordinate with planning, scheduling, and field material coordinators to set delivery dates.
• Expedite Bechtel engineering data for timely review and return.
• Participate in pre- and post-award meetings to review schedules and risks.
• Coordinate shipping arrangements with project Logistics.
