Responsibilities

• Supervises expediting activities on a large project of complex scope.
• Directs the activities of the project expeditors in ensuring delivery of supplier material, equipment, and technical data to support the project schedule.
• Distributes workload to assigned project expeditors according to experience and urgency.
• Monitors suppliers' performance and provides guidance to ensure policy compliance.
• Forecasts project staffing requirements and coordinates personnel assignments to meet needs.
• Represents Expediting in project team meetings.
• Expedites Bechtel engineering for timely review and return of engineering data.
