Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent).
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and expediting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, and budget project expediting operations for small projects.
• Distribute workload to expeditors based on experience and urgency.
• Contact suppliers to obtain timely engineering data and follow up on material progress.
• Evaluate production schedules and supplier progress against jobsite requirements.
• Coordinate with planning, scheduling, and field material coordinators to set priorities and delivery dates.
• Expedite engineering data review, approval, and return by suppliers.
• Participate in pre- and post-award meetings to discuss schedules and risks.
• Coordinate shipping arrangements with the project Logistics representative.
