Job summary

Czarnowski Collective is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex production projects from planning and pricing through fabrication and completion. You will own budgets, timelines, and production execution while partnering with account teams, CAD, fabrication, logistics, and vendors.

You are a hands-on problem solver who understands fabrication methods and can guide projects end-to-end. Travel may be required as project needs arise.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience in exhibit/event/experiential fabrication.
• Experience managing budgets and production schedules across multiple projects.
• Ability to read and review CAD drawings for constructability.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors to develop pricing and production requirements.
• Take ownership of project budgets, costs, and financial accuracy through production.
• Lead project launch meetings and coordinate across teams and vendors.
• Develop and manage production timelines with key milestones.
• Review CAD drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Oversee production and fabrication with shop leads and managers.
• Identify risks to budget, schedule, quality, and drive solutions.
• Manage scope changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with logistics and subcontractors to meet requirements.
• Serve as a senior resource and mentor junior team members.
