Job summary

Czarnowski Collective is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee exhibit fabrication and commercial construction projects. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, and scheduling, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and profitability while collaborating with the Detroit Project Management team and Czarnowski shops nationwide.

Responsibilities include bid management, cost estimation, supplier coordination, and continuous process improvement to add value for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with exhibit fabrication and commercial construction estimating.
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership in a collaborative, client-service oriented environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering, fabrication, and installation drawings.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with documentation.
• Manage timelines and budgets; forecast and reconcile variances.
• Lead 3-bid processes; source bids from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with fabrication facilities, vendors, and design teams.
• Develop and track cost factors affecting pricing and value.
